A bold, citrus-forward classic with a seasonal edge – perfect for cosy evenings and crisp autumn nights.

Ingredients: 

  • 35ml Pink Marmalade Gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Orange peel or dehydrated orange slice
  • Optional: Cinnamon stick (for extra warmth)

Method:

  1. Chill Your Glass: Place a rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water while you prepare your cocktail.
  2. Build the Cocktail: In a mixing glass, add Pink Marmalade Gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters.
  3. Stir to Perfection: Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Prepare Your Glass: Discard ice water from the rocks glass, add a large ice cube (or two smaller cubes) for a slow melt.
  5. Strain & Serve: Strain your Negroni into the prepared glass.
  6. Garnish with Style: Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, twist, and drop in. For a cosy autumn vibe, add a cinnamon stick.
